Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made especially for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@declarebyfaith.com within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Items do not need to be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Because all products are custom made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If an item qualifies under our damage or defect policy, a replacement will be issued.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Refunds will be processed after the item is inspected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
